Having developed arguably the best Soulslike games outside FromSoftware, it's reasonable to have faith that Deck 13 will master the open-world adventure game next.
All the reasons that make Horizon Zero Dawn a fantastic and interesting open-world title players can hopefully expect with Deck 13's next game. Exploring this fascinating world, fighting wild sand beasts, and perhaps finding small settlements scattered throughout are all elements to which players can look forward. The vast open world holds many dangers on the surface and underneath the dunes. Manipulating sand into weapons hopefully means there will be lots of variations to experiment with and abilities to upgrade. Whatever the case, the combat looks fast and fluid, just like Zero Dawn's combat.
